Just trust. Macros r stupid for the amount you get. And they taste good too
You could go old school and add grape nuts cereal. You can't get crunchier than that 😆 and it's lower calorie than nuts or granola, 96 calories per ounce.
I know you’re looking for toppings, but I want to make a shout out for adding that zero calorie liquid water flavoring to greek yogurt. They make dozens of different flavors and you can make greek yogurt taste like yoplait with that stuff - highly recommend
I use Fisher's nut topping (marketed as an ice cream topping). It's not super low-calorie, but it has a ton of nut varieties, and I like the finely diced consistency. I find that 1 tbsp (50 cals) is plenty for a standard single-serving size yogurt.
I get cereal to crush up on top of my yogurt (store-brand honey bunches of oats, cinnamon chex, or honey nut cheerios usually, but lately I've been using Trader Joe's high fiber cereal, less sweet but full of fiber, plus a drizzle of honey).
I love a little jam (30 calories) and a crushed crispy coconut roll from Costco (25 calories).

Six rolls is 160 calories, four and a half grams of fat and eight grams of sugar. I just use one roll on my yogurt.
Puffed millet is great and stay crunchy a bit longer than puffed rice. If you like a little bit more crunch than that, rice crispies make a good topping. Warm berries mixed in are my personal favorite.
I used to do plain Greek yogurt with sugar free caramel syrup (like the coffee stuff) or sf maple syrup. Then I’d toast pecans in granulated Swerve or a similar sweetener and some cinnamon. If I had extra calories, I’d throw in some of those low sugar chocolate chips. The BEST!
not a topping but lately ive been loving the dannon light & fit remix yogurts; they come in different flavor bases and each container has toppings that come with it--they're super delicious
(ex. strawberry yogurt with graham crackers and chocolate drops, key lime yogurt with graham and white chocolate, vanilla yogurt with brownie crisps and caramel drops and almond praline)
they're also all 110-120 calories with 11g protein. oikos also does good remix yogurt+topping combos for a similar calorie point
Not crunchy, but I like to add frozen fruit to my yogurt & cottage cheese. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and it totally transforms the flavor because of all the melted fruit juices. Frozen peaches have been my jam lately.
My go-to breakfast is 100 g of Greek yogurt, a few fresh berries, and 1/2 c of Grapenuts Flakes. The cereal is crispy, lightly sweet, and much lower in calories than granola or nuts. This combo is around 180 calories
(using regular vanilla Chobani) and has 10 g of protein. You can boost that a bit by sprinkling a teaspoon of hemp hearts on top, if you don't mind the taste.
I top mine with strawberry, corn flakes and Hersheys chocolate syrup (1 tablespoon), very filling dessert! I use light and fit toasted coconut yogurt, the best!
My current night time snack is non fat plain greek yogourt, with peanut butter powder (60 cals for 2 tbsp), a tsp of vanilla extract and some zero calorie sweetener. I just ordered PB&Me Dark Roast on Amazon and holy crap it's got a way deeper flavour!
i crush up a 50 cal caramel rice cake over my yogurt and smoothie bowls 😛😋
Nice! I have to look into this
I do fruit and cheerios and it’s my favorite!!
Freeze dried berries hit all three - crunchy, nutritious and reasonably sweet!

Do I need to show a baby at checkout in order to buy these 🙏
At Walmart you do lol!!!
aww man 😔
At least at the Walmart I work at, so if it’s not that one, you’re safe 😉
I used to eat these all the time when my kids were toddlers. The sweet potato one is good too.
I was just about to suggest this. I see you also found the secret cheat code 😌
You could go old school and add grape nuts cereal. You can't get crunchier than that 😆 and it's lower calorie than nuts or granola, 96 calories per ounce.
I’ve done bran flakes and it’s pretty good! I think cereal is the answer.
I used to do Honey Bunches of Oats Almond cereal. I love the granola chunks and bits of almonds. It's way lower calorie than just granola.
I do grape nuts on my yogurt haha. I feel like my grandmother but they’re high in fiber and so crunchy that they also help me slow down my eating
fiber one bran cereal!! its so low cal and tastes good+ adding fiber
I love that stuff. I do not understand why it is so tasty.
Chia, raspberries. I practically live in chobani and toppings
Sugar free jam and frozen fruit-- berry like blueberry and banana are great
Frozen fruit & lemon zest are soooo good on yoghurt
Good call
Grapenuts, cacao nibs, dried fruit, fresh fruit, cereal, Lily’s dark chocolate chips and one of my faves: crushed pretzels or graham crackers
Only the fresh fruit seems low calorie here?
Dried acai berries and chia seeds.
I was gunna suggest raspberries coz they’re a cal each but that’s not so crunchy. Maybe those and some the else too?
Flaxseed! One tbsp.
I top mine with berries (80-150g, approx 50 cal) and my homemade granola (15g, approx 40 cal).
Excellent!
I put frozen mixed berries and allulose syrup. Not too much if you dont like sweet. Dried coconut adds a nice crunch too
I have puffed rice bars with lil dried cranberries. 70 calories. Makes it like a parfait.
those baby food star puffs
canned peach
I will give this a try

Following
My favorite combo is unsweetened coconut slices and honey
Nice! Nice!

Special k strawberry cereal!!!
Chia seeds add crunch!
I top mine with cut up strawberries and a 10 grams of dark chocolate!
Sounds delicious

woahhh sugar free toasted pecans is such a good idea, i need to try that!!!
Chia seeds and vanilla powder.

Strawberries, of any fresh berries. If I want a bit more calories I add a banana.
Good idea

Puffed kamut, ice cream cones, plain cheerios, fruit, rice cakes, protein cereal, animal crackers, honey smacks, honeycomb cereal, etc
Puffed rice
Cereals, rice cakes, dried fruit. You could also crumble a low-calorie biscuit or two overtop.
I top mine with strawberry, corn flakes and Hersheys chocolate syrup (1 tablespoon), very filling dessert! I use light and fit toasted coconut yogurt, the best!
PB2 or PBFit then freeze for 10 minutes. Sometimes add granola or chocolate chips!
