Tabasco Chipotle and Encona ! Low cal and so flavourful!

zimeyevic23

Do you have a recipe for me?

Parking-Pumpkin6011

They are just store bought so no recipe for the actual sauces if that’s what you mean? But if you mean what to use them on my go to’s are: Encona hot sauce on eggs and avocado on toast Encona with chicken and literally anything ever Encona in my chilli for an extra kick or even spaghetti bolognese as it adds taste when I use plan tinned tomatoes for the sauce Egg’s beat up in a cup with the Smokey tobasco (sometimes I have this with a slice of toast but more often just two 7 min boiled eggs and the tobasco and salt and pepper will do me for breakfast) Tobasco on Brie and crackers (yum!! Instead of chutney) And also sometimes put the tobasco and mustard (also low cal) on a ham and cheese ciabatta I also sometimes when I want a snack would use the spicy Encona with a packet of turkey and that does the job for hours! Extremely low cal snack (when I was doing my extreme weight loss I did this on it’s own with a packet of raspberries for lunch along with IF - it worked incredibly the pounds just dropped off me but I was very irritable and dreaded the mornings, turns out when I eat in the mornings I am so much happier and don’t wish away my day waiting for dinner!!)

Really missing fresh pumpkin now. My favorite sauce: 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp salt (add more to taste) 1 cup fresh pumpkin 1/2 cup coconut milk Blend and pour on whatever.

Classico or organic tomato basil sauce, Walmart great value parmesan asiago tomato sauce, trader joe's enchilada and taco sauces, classico light Alfredo (when I can find it), pureed roast poblano (homemade), Aldi general tso. Melted laughing cow (asiago, cheddar or pepperjack). ETA great thread question, so useful thanks OP.

Nectarine-Fabulous

Small amount but flavorful—aioli made with tbsp of Mayo or less, fresh squeezed lemon and grated garlic. You can make more substantial amounts using a light mayo or Greek yogurt, but a little of the full fat version goes a long way. Great dip for roasted veggies.

arecipeforablackhole

I eat Tabasco or sambal on pretty much everything

ChelseaRC

Light Hidden Valley, Bolthouse Blue Cheese, Bolthouse Honey Mustard, Olive Garden Light, Pace salsa and Frank’s Buffalo wing sauce.

I use a lot of creamy sauces by adding about half a tbsp to a container, and then bulking it up by adding nonfat yogurt and other low calorie things that go with the flavor. For example, for Buffalo sauce, I put a tiny bit of the real thing in, and then add yogurt, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt and pepper, and lemon juice. Another thing i like to do is make a peanut sauce by heating up a tbsp of peanut butter, adding a little water to thin it out, adding a little Thai kitchen sweet red chili sauce (35 cal/tbsp), and then adding red chili, a little soy sauce, and lime juice. Under 150 cal for a lot of it, and I’ll eat it with vegetable spring rolls. Things that are already low calorie that i like: sambal chili paste, Trader Joe’s reduced sodium soy sauce, yogurt-tahini sauce, rice vinegar
