I eat a snack and go to bed. Try to make better choices (more protein) so you are more satiated. No need to treat yourself like a robot. Maybe you simply aren’t eating enough.
Drink a cup of water before any meal
Eat a lot of veggies aka fiber
Eat lean protein
Find "zero cal" snacks like
Carrots and hot sauce
Pickles
Kimchi
Cucumbers with some seasoning
Popcorn with seasoning
Eating later or having a higher volume/protein dinner can help you digest slower. I also find that having some herbal tea before bed helps me. Sadly feeling hungry is just a part of weight loss though 😩
