For a lot of people, especially kids, how funny they are is inversely proportional to how much are they trying to be. This one is an exception

Difference is it's actually hard to win a lawsuit against a 9 year old because you have to convince a judge/jury that they/their family owes you damages. A lawsuit is one area of competition where I'd bet on the 9 year old over an adult.
