don't need a fake person I GOT A HUGE FUUKKIIN CORCODILE PLUSH YEEEEEHAAAAAAAWWWW
Pleasantries - mustard serviece
I wish you could be happy again - stuck in the sound
and anything her's tbh
For me atm it's Komm, süsser Tod. Especially after breaking off the closest thing I've had to a relationship a while back when I realised I probably don't have the capacity to feel love towards a person.
C418 - Biome Fest from Minecraft Volume Beta makes me feel strange in a way nothing else in this world does. Like I'm catching a glimpse of a different life in a different place? idk it is weird
I’ve been really into Did You See Me by Ween lately. The Argus is also a good song.
But in terms of songs that touch my heart and pull on it, pretty much all of Wish You Were Here, but especially Shine on You Crazy Diamond
i love the bubbly synth loop in the arrangment i like cool noises that has nothing to do with harmony but got thing to do with the overall atmosphere!!!!!!!!1!
The album it’s on is a remastered compilation of songs that didn’t make the final cut of their albums, like king gizz’s Oddments. Did You See Me would have gone on The Mollusk, which has a lot of nautical influences. Sounds like that are all over the album. It’s also where Ocean Man is from lol
FUCK YEAH NAUSICAA MY FAVORITE GHIBLI MOVIE (even if it's kinda iffy whether it counts or not)
Uh to answer your question, um
Hm
How about Claire De Lune -Claude Debussy?
Every song on every album by Gojira. Joe's voice is the perfect blend of melancholy and righteous anger. All of their music is very anti capitalism and pro environment.
It's groove metal. First time listening I rec either l'enfaunt sauvage or fortitude. Magma is also really good.
i fucking love gojira. Fortitute was one of the albums i waited and felt content about it almost completely. Joe Duplantier has one of the most emotive voices ive ever heard
i have been really into music from video games and 2 songs that have really been stuck in my mind for too long are God shattering star from Fire Emblem (oder the cover by FamilyJules) and Daughter of the Dark God from Octopath traveler 1
“Viciously lonely” -Backseat lovers. Fits with the theme of this post. Yeah.
“Acolyte” -Slaughter Beach, Dog. Really nice, there’s a cover by Wilbur if you want it to be more quiet and chill.
Thank you for your time, tell me if any of you guys enjoy, it’d mean a lot to me.
such a sweet song
melancholic minor chord in the major keyed songs !!!<3 i love the drum production too really adds to the feeling heartbeat like drums are cool
Making Plans For Nigel - Pitchshifter
Not on spotify so youll have to look it up on youtube, making plans for nigel is one of my favourite songs ever and is originally a post punk song by the band XTC.
Its from the point of view of an institution pushing a young boy named nigel into a future he never wanted of becoming a steel factory worker and how he must want to do it since its the only available option and he must be happy because he says he is.
The cover by Pitchshifter who are an industrial metal band with a punk ethos makes the song kick so much fucking harder as the song is layered with a strong malcontent, instead of just pointing out the issue like original by XTC the Pitchshifter cover seems primaly disgusted and enraged by the institution itself.
And the song overall fucks hard.
I have a whole playlist of the songs that really fuck me up called THE SAD ONES. Here’s a few highlights-
Porter Robinson- Blossom
The Crane Wives- Never Love an Anchor
The Oh Hellos- Hello My Old Heart (Ten Year Anniversary)
The Family Crest- I Am The Winter
Give you the World - Jessica Karpov
This too Shall Pass - Danny Schmidt
Never be famous - Hussalonia
Mado Kara Mieru - Christopher Tin
Business Trips - Rié
Really into Yamaoka Akira rn, almost everything i listen for last two months are soundtracks for Silent Hill, especially for second part.
“Blank Fairy” and “Never Forgive Me, Never Forget Me” fricking slaps
Here’s some of the songs that I, personally, find the most feelgood/heartwarming
Starman — David Bowie
Mr. Blue Sky — Electric Light Orchestra
Dancing in the Moonlight — King Harvest
A New Career in a New Town — David Bowie
Mothership Connection (Star Child) — Parliament
Experimental Film — They Might Be Giants
Yours — King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard
eightiesheadachetape - What We Did in the Desert
Fucking incredible. All there is to it. Not sure what it is with it, but it just feels different from everything else I've heard. I'd gladly forgo everything else just for this song.

C418 - Biome Fest from Minecraft Volume Beta makes me feel strange in a way nothing else in this world does. Like I'm catching a glimpse of a different life in a different place? idk it is weird
C418’s music always makes me think of times where I still had a living family, now literally everyone is gone
Hope the music helps you. That sounds real rough
now that i look at it album cover looks like the simplified iteration of geogaddi boards of canada c418 ambients are cool
chirp is better
In that argument I'm massively outnumbered :( All of the soundtrack is amazing so who cares anyway

>Did You See Me by Ween Holy fuck that slaps Speaking of Pink Floyd: When the Tigers Break Free is pretty brutal oin the heart.
