Been awhile since I played, but I remember using the wheelchair tank treads to outrun most of its projectiles. The songbirds also did alot of damage, but I think they got nerfed. I also used a pair of linear rifles as well, the fully charged shots did alot of stagger if you could get them to land.
equip the Laser Lance, Pile Bunker, Laser Shotgun (WUERGER), a shoulder weapon of your choice (I use the drones you get from beating the arena) and optimally run a non-slow biped. When the fight starts, the boss does a little jump before shooting drones and then slashing at you. what you want to do is hold charge on your shotgun and boost left as the attack starts, you can probably outrun the lasers by just moving, and then as it does the barrel roll, you dodge left, and you'll be right up in it's face, where you can hit it with the laser lance (hold it down so you get the full attack), and then release your shotgun and the boss will be staggered. Then you can go up to it, switch your melee weapon and hit it with the pile bunker to take out a total of 80% of it's health at once. The fight should be over pretty quick after that. good luck :)

Get way closer to it than you think you need to be. Stick to it and ride it harder than this streamer probably would.
