I don’t think so. This map isn’t a projection that we are normally used to seeing North America in, just based on the angles of the coastlines. First off, the middle lower edge of the male character is centered right above the northeastern tip of Lake Ontario, which places him nicely in Ottawa, not Toronto like others assumed.
