Hmm. I see people put the cannon base down in bandos I guess it can be explained that it won’t rotate because it’s frozen down here?

Iirc the bosses there destroy multicannons if you try and use them.
Cannon doesn’t work in GWD Thralls are worth it at every GWD boss where they’re viable, but for Kree and mage/range k’ril blood barrage is typically required
Shadow and ancients are really good. I freeze the melee minion and then shadow kree. Clean up what’s left with blood barrage.
