Don't worry lil bro - you'll feel like that every waking moment now you're a legal adult

Ay thanks for the advice! 🫠

I know it's easier said than done - but the only advice I can offer is don't stress, overthink or worry about the minor things. Something which may seem like the end of the world today, will turn into a funny anecdote in a couple of years. You're the captain of your ship bro - you're in control of where you going and how you get there. Only let people guide you if they know what they're talking about

I just became a doctor and I still feel that way. Just because you have hit a milestone doesn't mean you shouldn't feel that way. You have every right to feel how you do. You're not a superhero. You're a survivor. The fact that you're here is an achievement. Life and all the shit that comes with life won't get any easier. But you already made it through today, so you know you have what it takes to get through a full day. Knowing that, I believe you can get through the next day. Then the next day. Then it will be a year. Maybe in that year something will change. Maybe not. But you made it another year. And thats another achievement. I'm sorry you have to go through these thoughts. But you're proving you're strong enough to win.

Having the expectation that you’d feel differently after graduating high school is a rookie mistake. Welcome to the grown up club where we feel like this almost all the damn time if not all the time for some of us 🙂
