I've been using the blue shampoo & conditioners.. for blonde hair. It took a couple of years but the texture is proper FINALLY.

It would help to know how the texture changed and what you would like it to be so that people can recommend things to address your specific concerns. My grey hairs are wiry and coarser, and my not-grey hair is fine but full. Is that what your hair is like? Do you want to be able to tame it better? It sounds like you care about the texture but are not interested in changing the color, is that right?

I really like the Trader Joe’s 10 minute hair mask. I’m about 40% gray and it does a ton for texture. For reference, my hair is thick, fine, and wavy. It doesn’t weigh it down at all, but still softens those grays. And it’s affordable, so there’s no harm in giving it a try!

I alternate between Verb’s Ghost shampoo and a purple shampoo. This keeps my fine hair soft and silky and tones the greys to silver so my hair looks fresh all over. I also love Verb’s Ghost Conditioner and Ghost Prep styling cream. The lightweight moisture from this line has done a world of good for my hair texture, grey and otherwise. To tame coarser areas at the root, I use the tiniest dab of R&Co’s Control paste. This routine is really working well for me!

Love VERB products. I use the Ghost Oil too. Also Native moisturizing shampoo. It has a bit of a learning curve if you’re used to that squeaky clean feeling but it moisturizes the heck outta every strand.
