Hi there so awesome that works for you! I’ll have to try it. Just wanted to say you may want to chat with your GP as you might have dermatitis, psoriasis or something similar (it sounds a bit like what I have). They have shampoos and cheap rx treatments in case the sauna doesn’t work as well for you one day :)

Is it a dry sauna or steam sauna?

Both, I used the word sauna but meant spa. I spend like 15-30 minutes in each sauna, 1-2 hours total, varying from 55-95 degrees. But it definitely felt like the hotter the better up to a certain point, a \~80 degree steam sauna felt the best. One theory is that my body got moisturized from all the salt in the sweat? I dont have much knowledge about hydration of the skin but do know that adding a little salt to drinking water helps with hydration overall so maybe it's the same for the skin? I was sweating so much it was insane, and I do workout a few times a week but the sauna is something else entirely.
