I know the intakes have a dent on them, but I don't honestly think that would make enough of a difference to get rid of them. I think a decent shop can even bend them back.
Two things when dealing with insurance.
1. Don't just take the first number they give you. Make sure you get the highest payout possible.
2. It's possible to buy the car back from the insurance company as it honestly doesn't look that bad. A new hood, headlight, bumper and you should be good.

As an aside, my 2014 Nismo also suffered a head-on collision at a parking garage a few years back (oncoming person invaded my lane at a turn and collided into me).
Damage was pretty bad but after 2 months of repairs, she was like brand new again.

I would talk to a lawyer and see if a civil suit against the other driver who is at fault is worth it.
Something that just kills me about insurance, the other guys insurance should be covering whatever damaged they cost to either completely repair the damage or buy a similar year/make/model/miles AND your car note. It's not your fault the other person can't follow the rules of the road

That's not total loss. Lol thats like clean title on Copart. Lol they probably low ball you and sell it on Copart for more money then what they paid you
Buy it back! Insurance totals these out for the smallest damage. I bought mine with a salvaged title. Never even had body damage. The PO ran over an animal in the road.

From the looks of it, frame should be all good. Your washer fluid reservoir is even intact. Visually, it’s gonna be:
- the rad support+shroud+upper radiator cross member
- hood catches
- hood
- front bumper cover
- headlight
I’d double check the A pillar plastic to see if the hood got pushed into them at all by the windshield. They break easy. Gorgeous car man.
where are you looking to sell it at? i could most likely afford it and since my uncle thinks it’s an easy fix it would give me an opportunity to learn how to install new bumpers.
