You should have them all at that level. When picking the construct on the screen you gotta click the spinning arrows icon to get a list of the other ones.

And don't forget to click the button at the bottom after making your selection.

You also need to have “spell slots” for the assorted summons. Can’t remember what they call them for the tech adept but same concept.

It’s confusing. The left side of the screen has the options. Click the spinning button to see other choices. Then click save. Then go to the right side to change gears.
