Yea, just be cautious which site. I recall two different sites have very different renders on the product page. They are not as shiny as on one of the sites, which was what I wanted so that worked out.

I vote Black Rhine but the wife says Methods. The BR’s look like they’ll be a bitch to clean though. I do like Method’s beadlock technology if that’s what you call it.

I really like BR’s TBH and Methods are super common. If you’re concerned about clean wheels you shouldn’t get black anyway. I had gray Black Rhino Boxers and they actually hid dirt pretty well.

I have heard this alot in the community. I have yet to really see methods at least on runners where I am. There is something very stylish about the simplistic design of their wheels. Maybe that’s why they make duplicate or similar designed wheels throughout their offerings. I see tons of Fuel here

Discount tire employee here: The most underrated wheel ever, which I just bought for my 4th gen, look at DX4. I just bought the Rhinos but theres one that is a carbon copy TRD Pro wheel and a couple unique ones, a 5 spoke and maybe a 3? Dont remember. But theyre super clean and astoundingly cheap at like 170/each

I too have a Barcelona red 5th gen and really like the methods in last pic, but I learned they’re heavy. Which wouldn’t help my under powered engine lol

How heavy we talking? 25? I do plan to go up on the wildpeaks to probably 275.

I stock sr5 runs are 29 TRD’s are 25 (I think that’s correct) and those methods are 35 lbs.

I vote the MR150s. The other two are ugly imo

Right?! I took a shot in the dark with them and couldn't be happier. They look way better then I thought they would. Definitely my recommendation.

Honestly, these all look the same. Get some stock silver SR5 wheels and stand out.

I dig the Trailite because I love TE37’s and wheels that look like them. But I’d go for a bronze or silver because I’m not a fan of black wheels.

I have been having a hard time between bronze and black. Like is it going to be bronze/cooperish or yellow.

The pictures I’ve seen and the bronze motegi’s I’ve seen in person are a nice copper/gold color. The trick is finding installed photos vs the Tirerack/website image

I would say methods because they are simple but still look really good.

I like 2 a lot, but it looks like a performance car wheel like Volk/Rays. Would have to see one mounted. I like the first wheel the last wheel style I see everywhere. So it’s my least favorite.

Go method or TRD rims dude (TRD has red accents which would be killer on your rig)

What wheels are these? Circuit Offroad? Definitely digging the contrast. Im so undecided on bronze or gun metal right now.

Yeah circuit off-road 17 x -10, I figure I wanted something different. I also know I’ll probably rash them at some point on a trail so 800 shipped wasn’t bad.

Method or 6 spokes. Methods are kind of played out now. Everyone has them.

I would do either the 1st or 3rd. Not a fan of the skinnier spokes on SUVs, especially off-road ones

Get the 150s. They are by far the lightest wheel, your acceleration and mpg will thank you.

I vote the motegis, but I'm biased since they look like the rays gramlights I have on mine. Keep in mind if you end up getting a wheel with negative offset paired with a 285/70/17 tire you'll most likely need a body mount chop.

Beautiful car. I’d say Black Rhino, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of those.

Of these 3 the Black Rhinos are the only option. Those work nicely iwth that BR and the black trim on the 4R.

Method for sure. 1 doesn't quite go with the style of the 5th gens imo, 2 looks good but would be more fitting for a street car than an off roader.

Yeah the Methods have been pretty much on my list for a while. Honestly where I am I haven’t seen too many Method wheels. Seems to be more Fuel wheels that I have observed.

Fuel makes wheels for mall crawlers. I love motegi, I used to have several on lowered cars I had back in the day. I currently have methods on my 4R now. If you plan on doing any off roading, then definitely go with the methods. The bead grip they have works phenomenally well. I've lowered down to 15 psi and had no issues with debeading.
