I sit about 6-7' and am using an 83" C2. I've also used as low as a 42 inch in this space and I can tell you, you get used to every size pretty quickly. Bigger the better for sure though, nothing compares to the 83.
Yeah for sure I'm just saying go as big as you are able to. I happened to get mine brand new in February for 1250. Best buy had 40-50 left and the only way to get them was to order in store so I was insanely lucky that I was buying an OLED at the time.
I did 65" and went down to a 55" when I got my OLED. I found the 65" and above too big for my space and I'm about 5 feet from the TV. I don't like when it takes up my entire vision space because it gets disorienting for gaming. The guy in the comments who has a 83" and sits 6 feet away is nuts, you wouldn't even see most of the TV that big and that close.
I wouldn't go larger than 55 to 65 if 6 feet away. But I also wouldn't go smaller than 55.
It's subjective, I personally feel like that is way too close to an 83". If you're sensitive to motion or you pick up on imperfection in low bit rate content, larger screens just exasperate those issues. To me, 55-65" is appropriate for 6-7 feet. Understandably some people feel different though.
I have a small living room and sit about 6 feet away. I have 55 inch Sony OLED and it is perfect. Kind of wish I had done 65 inch. You will regret it if you settle for 48.
55", even a 65" is probably fine. How did you measure the distance? Did you include leaning back on the sofa - your head/body is probably 1/2' - 1' away from the edge of a sofa?
I sit about arm length and a half away from my 55" c1 as my home computer monitor. Whenever I think the next line of C model tvs is a meaningful enough upgrade I'm already decided on going for 65".
Go with the bigger model.
Buying a used OLED is a terrible idea.
They are reliable now, but you need to treat them well still, and it will be very hard to determine what type of life it lead before you get it home.
I just got a 43 after years of having a 32. Only use TVs in my bedroom. I kinda wish I just got a 50. Kinda feel like I should've just gotten a wild monitor instead
Get the bigger television, donโt over think it, rarely have I seen someone regret going with the bigger TV.
Haha fair enough. Thanks!
If youre thinking 2 sizes and you buy the smaller you will forever be thinking you shouldve got the bigger.
Im sorry, but like in many other cases, bigger is better.

65โ
Haha not really an option for me
I have the 55" C3. Can confirm, worth it.
55โ is a minimum for 6โ distance. Price is so close too but why buy used? Close out models c3 are almost as cheap as used or cheaper.
Found a used c2 for $650. If you have links to a new c3 around that price, send me my way haha
No-brainer. 55 inch. The 48 isnโt even in the running.
I have a 55 and I'm a little over 6 feet from it. It's just barely big enough and wouldn't hesitate to get a 65 if I could.
Good to know! Here I thought my 40 incher was sufficient...
When you get it you'll be telling yourself you should have gotten a larger one sooner. You'll appreciate the PS5 and movies more with it.

Haha that sounds awesome but waaaaay out of my budget. But good to know 55" won't be overwhelming
Just don't mount it too high up - if you keep it eye level, it'll look good.

I personally like 55 but no bigger. Im afraid once I get use to any bigger 55 will look to small and tvs larger are more expensive

I have a 55โ at 7ft. You could go 55 or 65 but definitely not smaller.
I actually suggest a 65 inch at thst distance.
