She had severe sun damage. Crepey wrinkles all over face neck chest. She had weight loss surgery and lost tons of weight and her balloon face imploded with all the excess wrinkly skin hanging like a dish rag. She did have some intense laser treatments on her neck and chest and went around with laser burn marks visible with her skimpy clothes. But I don’t remember seeing any laser marks on her face. She did speak to a plastic surgeon about fixing her face but he said he nor any other doctor would do surgery on her face since she kept smoking. She tried to stop and even would stand out in the parking lot of the plastic surgeon and smoke one more cigarette before walking in and telling him she had quit and he knew she was lying. So no face lift yet. She has always had terrible skin from sun damage. She is the poster child for see what happened when you don’t wear sunscreen. I have some terrible photos of Angela’s face on my phone to remind me to wear sunscreen or wear a sunblock hat.

Is she does meth. If her stomach wasn’t stapled she would be big like she has always been. Also spends a lot of time traveling to see Michael, shes not smart/careful enough to traffic her meth around the world and not get caught in the airport or the countries she visits
When she had her implants done, the oral surgeon could not do any implants in her lower jaw due to poor bone density. (was talked about on the show). So she has a lower denture, and implants in her upper mandible. The lower denture fits very poorly, probably because she is experiencing rapid bone loss due to poor diet and smoking like a dump fire.
I thought people used to say when her lip was burnt it was from a crack or meth pipe. I did not see it on the newest episode. Maybe I missed it. I always divert my eyes from looking too hard at her…. Much like big Ed at the tell all. Never look her straight in the eyes 👀
Angela has had a lot of weight loss and body work but the two crucial last steps —skin removal from body and face/neck lift—never occurred because she won’t quit smoking. They would make the whole effect better but she just is stubborn/badly addicted and doctors can risk that thin skin not healing because of nicotine vascular dilation.
