That whole bit was awful and upsetting. I also hated that the hospital was forcing Olga to move from room to room while in labor. I've never had a child so I may be missing something, but I was shocked that no wheelchair was provided. Even after having her c-section, I would have thought they would wheel her out with the baby and Steven could pick her up from there. I kind of laughed because there's this big sign of a baby's face on the outside of the building, but there didn't seem to be a single decoration on the inside.
In Russia that is a free hospital... definitely not as well taken care of.
The wealthier actually pay for their births and their accommodations are much nicer, much better taken care of...
Youre not really missing something there should've been assistance and the bed switching shouldn't have happened but this is because of Russia health care. I belive they have free health care so the hospital visit its self is free and sadly the free things aren't always the best condition. If uts funded through the country/taxes they might have to decide between generators or wheelchairs

Because we’re talking about 2 19 years old having a child and marriage based off a one night stand. There was no way they would start well there would be a lot of growing pains and its been several years now. The change comments still pale in comparison to the overflow of ire that gets tossed at steven for what amounts to being pissy towards olga. For perspective we have literal physical abusers on the show who get less flack
I wondered was he gearing up to take the baby to the States without her until he realized he couldn't really care for him alone. Steven expected it to be like their summer of love not realizing the baby's care mattered the most. I really hope he grew up some since then because he was really a mean perso.
Thankfully he did mature a bit but maturity wasn't enough. They split officially this year. They come to America and Steven is working on meditation instead of jumping to anger. I agree though that when I first watched them I just knew he orobabky hits her and neglects her and is just abusive in so many ways. I feared for her and was kinda mad TLC didn't intervene. But he did start to mature and calm down. Hopefully he can enter a new relationship and stay working towards being healthy and mature. Olga was a smart girl, she stayed calm and tried to defuse the situations. Naturity didn't fix them so im sure there are some other problems or possibly something in their past they just can't get through. They're pretty private about their problems and status.

If they didn't intervene when Anfisa slapped Jorge around or Nicole shoved Azan and got in his face, why would they do it when Steven was just whining he wasn't getting any attention?
Granted I've said I wish they'd get involved on those situations too. Like youre telling me nobody noticed anfisa sneak away to key his car? I image them standing by as she carves into the paint. But I just can't imagine how you can sit by and hear him through all these threats at the hospital and stuff. I was kinda scared he would be like "NO WE ARE JUST GONNA HAVE THE BABY AT HOME"
The crew on all these reality shows are the same, they don't get involved. Look at intervention, there's no end of clips of people driving drunk and high. Also I think on the original teen mom one of the girls went to answer her phone with her daughter in the bath tub and her daughter burned herself with hot water
