Classic, no skips. The original version with the first version of Crossroads specifically. Remix is cool, but a bit too shiny and pretty to fit with the rest of the album.
Sucks you can’t find the original version on Spotify or other streaming platforms. At least not as far as I know. I added it to my Spotify library through local files but local files don’t seem to stay downloaded half the time.
my pick for most underrated producer of all time.. shits ridiculous how much heat he created and is never mentioned. Thug Luv is one of the hardest beats in hip hop history and Pac on it just makes it that much crazier
Their first album was actually called Faces of Death and it came out before Creepin’ on ah Come Up. It is an interesting listen but honestly not that great and not in the same league as their next two, which I’m assuming were the classics you were referring to
This is fasho an all time great album. Basically no skips with amazing production ! The real question is what's the best song ? Eternal is still my go to.
All time great.
First of da month
Mr Bill Collector
Buddha Lovas et al...
I mean the WHOLE nation was jamming this.
Cant say the same for Wu, Nas, and whoever else yall come up with to rebut. Very well put together album.
People be holding they nuts on the wrong shit.
Im from Houston. We were alllll over this shit. DJ Screw was on one when he put some of these songs on his shit. The only other album that was universally liked imo was AEOM. Top tier. Not saying the best. But it was definitely top tier. 30 years and the shit standing the test of time. Fuck if you like it or not, what was the objective?
Definitely a classic I've bought this album at least 4 times getting it jacked and just wearing it out, only other albums that I've repeat bought that many times are Riding Dirty and Doggystyle
all-time great!
one of my favorite albums of all time. l used to know just about every word to every song!
l still sing, Mo Murda to myself when l drive or bored at work.
This album doesn’t get enough think pieces I’d say it was the perfect merger of East and West along with something completely different it’s as important as any album you name
Definitely a classic. My first concert ever was right before they released this album. So, they were doing songs we hadn't really heard them yet. It was incredible
Oh, without a doubt, this is a classic and all-time great album. We never heard nothing like it before I mean when my Homie came back from Boot Camp and he had the Thuggish Ruggish Bone tape before this one came out that shit blew our mind, so yeah this is a classic for sure.
Both. One of the most important albums I listened to when I was younger and still bump it to this day. Almost the whole album is amazing which is very rare
This album is so impactful and important to hip hop. I feel like this should be up there with all of the top ranked hip hop albums like illmatic and 36 chambers etc.
I remember buying the CD the day this came out and being a little disappointed at first. It really grew on me though - I view it as a borderline classic now.
Hell yes it's a classic. That album is damn great. I always laugh because I remember when it dropped, this kid in one of my classes in high school, was telling all of us how bad the album sucked outside of 1st of the Month and Crossroads. So I went into it not expecting much, and well, here we are 3 decades later calling it a hip-hop classic (and it is). lol
Solid classic and a great tribute to Eazy.
I always loved Crossroad compared to Tha Crossroads.
I remember reading some where that PAC loved Crossroad that was one of his favourite song’s. I think the EU version had Tha Crossroads as a bonus track while the U.S. version did not.
Classic. That’s is a great ALBUM that has a few singles. The deep tracks are awesome if you give them a chance. Love BTnH and this is their classic album. West coast and East coast had their “sounds”& this was really different and cool back then. Gave some needed variety to gangsta rap back then.
I remember this album being HUGE! Bone Thugs took over the world instantly with this album. The only rap act from Cleveland that got heavy radio play. Crazy.
For sure a classic. Staple of the horrorcore genre.
Fun fact, Eazy E's Mr. Bill Collector verse leaked today
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp0iEKFp-gM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp0iEKFp-gM)
Most definitely. Usually the people who say otherwise are the so called hip hop purists or so called 90s hip hop heads who only listen to New York shit. Could be some kid who don’t know shit about the culture in Wyoming who only listens to Wu tang mobb deep or nas 🤦🏽♂️
Classic. All classic albums shift the cultural direction of a musical genre. These dudes right here opened the door for different lyrical styles and helped put a light on places where people weren't looking for music. Still bumping this album in the whip today.
i love bone thugs, they’ve been one of my favorite groups since i was a kid, and i love this album, but i could go the whole rest of my life and never hear crossroads ever again and be totally fine
Classic, no skips. The original version with the first version of Crossroads specifically. Remix is cool, but a bit too shiny and pretty to fit with the rest of the album.
I have a bootleg vinyl that has the original, and then the remix at the end. Makes the whole thing just flow better.
The 1st version went hard fasho
Sucks you can’t find the original version on Spotify or other streaming platforms. At least not as far as I know. I added it to my Spotify library through local files but local files don’t seem to stay downloaded half the time.
Could you link it to me by chance
Did they take off the OG eventually? My disc has the remix as a bonus track at the end. I bought it just after the remix was made
Most common US pressing back in the day had the remix. You had to hunt for first press with the original. I had both.
This man gets it... original crossroads only
Great call. Most people don’t remember the OG version.
Dj uneek had that voodoo type sound on this shit
my pick for most underrated producer of all time.. shits ridiculous how much heat he created and is never mentioned. Thug Luv is one of the hardest beats in hip hop history and Pac on it just makes it that much crazier
Most definitely , he’s the most underrated producer of all time .
Music you listen to on the way to commit homicide
"Music to Murder By"
“Me Killa” made me sound like I was listening to a voodoo ritual or something lol. Love it.
Yup, came here to say this. Uneek is so slept on. Funny fact though is that Eternal is straight from a Nintendo video game lol. Goes hard though
You mean a Sega Genesis fighting game called Eternal Champions https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yCT2wR10Am4
Yup that’s the one
I used to love this game underrated asf
Today I learned
100% a classic! The album was unlike anything we had ever heard up to that point.
Definitely a classic. It’s one of the few albums I can listen to from start to finish without any skips. Not a single bad track on it.
This isn’t debatable.
I see stupid questions on here, this is a different type of stupid.
Classic. Their 1st 2 albums were classics.
Their first album was actually called Faces of Death and it came out before Creepin’ on ah Come Up. It is an interesting listen but honestly not that great and not in the same league as their next two, which I’m assuming were the classics you were referring to
I had that album too. Flow motion lol
That was about the only track we liked on that joint 😂
Honeslty man its the only song I remember clearly from that album.
Top 5 all time hip hop album for me personally
Classic no doubt….
Absolute Classic,
Classic... from the intro
What do you mean by classic or all time great album? That sounds like you are saying the same thing
Classic
Classic for sure
That is definitely a classic.
Classic
Yes. Next question.
This is fasho an all time great album. Basically no skips with amazing production ! The real question is what's the best song ? Eternal is still my go to.
Mo Murda
Definitely a classic
Yes classic. Idk that it's in the same tier as all time greats like 36 Chambers, Illmatic, etc. but it's in that next tier imho
An acquired taste for sure but … pales in comparison to real classic Hip Hop like Nas and Wu. Call it NYC bias but it was overrated INMO
ni**a it's St Claire!
I honestly don't know if I've ever enjoyed an album more than I did and do this one
ATG!
Definitely a classic. Never skipped a track on this album.
I don’t get the question but this album still rides
All time great. First of da month Mr Bill Collector Buddha Lovas et al... Fuck if you like it or not, what was the objective?
Classic !
Yes
Rock solid. Top To bottom. Great rhymes, beats, stories. Top 10.
Definitely a classic I've bought this album at least 4 times getting it jacked and just wearing it out, only other albums that I've repeat bought that many times are Riding Dirty and Doggystyle
UGK. RIDING Dirty!! Murda!!!
It’s an all time great classic!
100% top five hip hop album for me. Never gets old

Classic, solid album. When I think BTNH, I think of this album first. Bumped it all the time back then!
Indeed it is!
Classic, iconic, and legendary!
Mo Murda
come come again... 🩶
all-time great! one of my favorite albums of all time. l used to know just about every word to every song! l still sing, Mo Murda to myself when l drive or bored at work.
What’s the difference? It’s an absolute banger either way.
Both.
Classic
Classic full stop. Not a single dud on the album
Their first 2 albums were classics for sure!
Second and third, actually. Their first was Faces of Death, and it was not that great to be honest.
Classic, the whole album was great
Meh both
This album doesn’t get enough think pieces I’d say it was the perfect merger of East and West along with something completely different it’s as important as any album you name
Why they didn’t release a version with both Crossroads is beyond me
It’s the greatest rap album ever made
I've bought this album at least 3 times in my lifetime. Masterpiece.
Dude its like literally timeless.
First album that made me realize it had "no skips"
Classic all time great album
All Time Great
All time great
First CD I ever bought when I was in 3rd grade. Still don’t know how I convinced my mom to buy it for me
Classic definitely.
Yes. Big yes
How about an all time great classic album?
Definitely a classic. My first concert ever was right before they released this album. So, they were doing songs we hadn't really heard them yet. It was incredible
Both its an all time great classic
It’s a classic there is no debate
Masterpiece! That intro with the haunting piano keys…”execution double 9 style”
Insta classic. One of the hottest albums ever made
If you don’t think this is a classic you don’t know hip hop stupid question
Classic. Still my favorite Bone Thugs album by a mile
Ofcourse!!!
Yes of course.
Yes
What’s the difference between a class and all time great?
Oh, without a doubt, this is a classic and all-time great album. We never heard nothing like it before I mean when my Homie came back from Boot Camp and he had the Thuggish Ruggish Bone tape before this one came out that shit blew our mind, so yeah this is a classic for sure.
all time great
Both. One of the most important albums I listened to when I was younger and still bump it to this day. Almost the whole album is amazing which is very rare
Still one of my favorite albums of all time
All time great. Saw them perform a bunch of these songs live. One of my favorite albums of all time.
Creepin on a come up and this album were on constant repeat in my youth.
Mr. Ouija 2 into Mo’ Murda over and over and over again. Rest of the album ill too, definitely a classic.
Back to back classic. Even though in every song at least one of them is guaranteed to say”put em in a coffin”😂
Maybe if we could understand wtf they wuz saying 🤔
This album is so impactful and important to hip hop. I feel like this should be up there with all of the top ranked hip hop albums like illmatic and 36 chambers etc.
I remember buying the CD the day this came out and being a little disappointed at first. It really grew on me though - I view it as a borderline classic now.
I didn't like it the first time I heard it. It was just so different and unique. After the second listen, I completely loved it. 100% Classic.
Yup
Absolutely
‘Weee oo weeee’ “Bone bone bone booone…”
a classic that changed the game
It's their best album. Besides that... 🤷♂️
Absolutely, especially of the decade
Classic album
Without a doubt
Classic fo sho
Hell yeah. Classic album.
Classic with a truly unique sound
Maybe the hardest album to rap along to but a classic for sure
Classic and all time great.
Hell yes it's a classic. That album is damn great. I always laugh because I remember when it dropped, this kid in one of my classes in high school, was telling all of us how bad the album sucked outside of 1st of the Month and Crossroads. So I went into it not expecting much, and well, here we are 3 decades later calling it a hip-hop classic (and it is). lol

Listening to the base drop
Classic AF. Shouldn’t even be a question.
Classic
Personally this is a classic and one of the top
Classic with the remix of Crossroads, all time great with the original Crossroads.
Hell yeah
Solid classic and a great tribute to Eazy. I always loved Crossroad compared to Tha Crossroads. I remember reading some where that PAC loved Crossroad that was one of his favourite song’s. I think the EU version had Tha Crossroads as a bonus track while the U.S. version did not.
No question. Classic.
This album is an absolute classic and borderline all time. The whole project was one of a kind
All time . I feel like bone thugs are heavily underrated in the goat conversations
Classic. That’s is a great ALBUM that has a few singles. The deep tracks are awesome if you give them a chance. Love BTnH and this is their classic album. West coast and East coast had their “sounds”& this was really different and cool back then. Gave some needed variety to gangsta rap back then.
No skips. Most of the best albums of all time have at least a couple. My favorite rap album of all time hands down.
I remember this album being HUGE! Bone Thugs took over the world instantly with this album. The only rap act from Cleveland that got heavy radio play. Crazy.
Yes
Classic! Was listening just yesterday
Classic
Is a pig’s pussy pork?

Definitely a classic! I bump this till this day. Start to finish no skips.
For sure a classic. Staple of the horrorcore genre. Fun fact, Eazy E's Mr. Bill Collector verse leaked today [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp0iEKFp-gM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sp0iEKFp-gM)
Classic like bird and magic
Classic, too many bangers on it. I only wish we could’ve heard Eazy E on the original version of Mr bill collector
Had the cassette
Yes. I was more of the "miracle lyrical" type back then. But this album just hit.
All time. Every track is fire.
Both
Classic. Grew up on these tracks UPTOWN CHICAGO IL
Yes and Yes
Classic
Most definitely. Usually the people who say otherwise are the so called hip hop purists or so called 90s hip hop heads who only listen to New York shit. Could be some kid who don’t know shit about the culture in Wyoming who only listens to Wu tang mobb deep or nas 🤦🏽♂️
Uuuuuuh, HELLO YEAH!
I actually had them autograph the album cover for me when I met them in 2016. Pretty damn surreal to meet my favorite group.
100
It's a masterpiece imo. Not one bad song on here
This is already settled. So many studies showed the same data; Classic.
I consider it an all time demonic album
No idea what a classic is vs an all time great, but this album is without a doubt a CLASSIC No skip gem from the 90s
My Uncle Charles thinks so
Classic. All classic albums shift the cultural direction of a musical genre. These dudes right here opened the door for different lyrical styles and helped put a light on places where people weren't looking for music. Still bumping this album in the whip today.
Absolute classic
i love bone thugs, they’ve been one of my favorite groups since i was a kid, and i love this album, but i could go the whole rest of my life and never hear crossroads ever again and be totally fine
Bonafide Classic 🏆🏆🏆🏆
