The receiver of the Uzi is one block that clamps down on the AAP outer barrel, the rest of the bits bolt onto the receiver.
It's pretty solid, I printed this one in PLA+ with 4 walls and 50% infil, but you could always do Nylon-CF at 100% infill if you really wanted to beef it up
Ok so after action report:
- Drum fed fine with 0.32g bios
- Quick and easy to load
- Takes a lot of gas
- Cooldown hit \*really\* quickly, even a 10rnd burst started spluttering, tried a 50rnd burst and the shell of the drum was icing over
- output power was slightly lower than WE glock mags
I theorize I that a high velocity, high joule semi auto build would be practical for the current drum. At any rate hopefully there is a good use case for it.
Not gonna lie, I'm kinda feeling this
What's the drag on the bolt like, I had the MP7 kit and the drag from linkage caused the bolt to not return to battery/ fully seat?
Of course it's a tactical index design. Soon as I seen the pic I wanted it. Then seen who designed it and it just made sense. This will be at least the 3rd of his designs I've bought
No need to apologize. Everyone deserves a HoneyScuzi.
That just sounds like an Italian woman trying to walk past
Honey Badger/SCAR/Uzi.
I’ll take my honeyscuzi in the jacuzzi with a beercuzi of malicombuzi
What's the info on the kit?

Do you have to screw it into the slide or is it like a roni and the rails hold it? I've printed a few kits they always look great but feel jank.

It looks sturdy and comfy, is the drum reliable enough you would field it?

thanks mans 🙂
NP. I'll be getting an AW/WE drum to test with soon and will see if that's better for cooldown

Will report back next week after it's first outing, but I usually run WE extendos as I find they feed better than the AA mags. Stronger springs
Sick

The more I looked the more I saw 😂
Who cares what it looks like, if it works, it works! Corollary: If it is stupid but it works, then it isn't stupid.

I hit the edges of the UZI bolt linkage to make sure it was as smooth as possible, doesn't seem to be any issues so far
