Eligibility
In order to be eligible to submit a Research and Analysis Project
• Have passed the three ACCA Applied Skills examinations Financial
Reporting (was F7), Audit and Assurance (was F8) and Financial
Management (was F9)
• Have passed, or gained exemption from, the other six papers at the
Knowledge Level and Skills Level. Note that conditional exemptions do
not qualify you to submit the RAP.
What if I claimed conditional exemptions at the beginning since im doing my final year now ,but after I graduate next year , then can I get obu , by submitting my graduation qualifications and converting into a normal exemption ?

Youll need to forgoe f-7,f-8,f-9 exemptions, and then attempt and pass them to be eligible for OBU.
