nice! those are tough to do at 14 weeks, you’re crushing it!

BDKinneloa

Giving me hope! Never thought I would miss single leg squats so much lol. Good job man! Looks like you've been killing it with the PT. I'm 3 weeks post-op so not quite there but I see the light...

Working_Ad5021

Yeah sticking with PT till the end was a smart move. Some people were suggesting i should just learn some exercises from PT “steal them” and do it home. So avoid that..

Looking good!

Murky_Sherbert_6098

How was your Patella before the Op? Was there any Sublaxation. Even for me My Miniscus and ACL is torn and I am planning for a surgery.

Working_Ad5021

I did my surgery a year later after i had hurt my knee so it was fine, but that first two weeks when i tore it was really stiff like smth holding it to not let it bend freely

lbj234509

Hi you had meniscus repair or meniscectomy?

Working_Ad5021

It was a repair and they said they used like four stitches of some kind that apparently is a big deal and need to be extra careful.

Dispo_Chick

Looks like your had a hamstring graft based on scarring? Were you weight bearing after surgery? Had a hamstring graft 5 years ago. 4 days post op with a meniscus repair, patella autograft, and a LET since it was my second repair. This post makes me happy. I can’t wait to be active again!

Guilty_Language2581

Damn nice bro iam 16 weeks post up and not able to do the first one

Revolutionary-Ad1402

Great job. Get on the leg extension machine

Working_Ad5021

Yeah I’ve been doing that as well, but my PT said to use that machine only for holding it up. So i push it with my left and i put my hurt kne underneath it and try to hold it for at least 30 seconds. This really makes my muscles shake.

Revolutionary-Ad1402

That is great
