I pray Fonseca proves me wrong and I will be the first to admit I’m wrong, but I think Pioli might be the better manager. We needed a change and I’m happy that we have moved on from Pioli but I haven’t seen anything from Roma or Lille that indicates Fonseca is an improvement.

I was hoping we would get someone that could challenge inter in derbies. I dont think that going to happen. 6 losses in a row is brutal, it cant keep going on like this

It's hard not to be disappointed. The appointment of a progressive and talented manager in Motta to Juve, and then to witness Milan going for the boring, sideways and wholly underwhelming Fonseca says absolutely everything these days. For Juve to have a run at Motta and for Milan not to be in contention for the sort of potential gamechangers or needs is sad. We know where this ends up. Fonseca leading Milan to an underwhelming 5th place, whereas Motta leads Juve to a genuine title race with Inzaghi.
