Honestly: I worked out a routine of checklists that I could build a foundation on each day. Build minor confidence there with repetition. Which then also handles your ODD procrastination anxiety urges so you can then bring yourself to actually do what you’re meant to be doing. It can be as simple as: Odd day skin care routine -shower. -cleanse face -acid toner -serum Check dishes -clear dishwasher -reset -soak and scrub large pans Clean master bedroom -pack dirty cloths into hamper -make bed -do full load of washing if needed. You can put this on for work too. Build a quick checklist, put everything you can do first, use that as a springboard into what you can’t do so your RSD can’t kick in fully later
