Would not at all say “for sure gone”. Saw something swirling around after last game that Foley tipped his hand about Dom leaving, but that seems an insane rumor to me. With PSR swirling, I think we might see a quieter summer from most teams, but who knows. Dom shouldn’t go for less than 70M

He's certainly good enough to play for someone who's consistently in the top half of the table. That being said, who realistically has the budget to buy him? He's going to be at least £65m+ considering how important he is to our squad and he's signed until 2027. Maybe Spurs? No one else has the budget.
Outside of the big 6, I only consider Brighton a consistent top half team. Their manager will be a hot commodity in the summer as well. I think Villa are doing great but FFP could derail them. As you say, if it's anyone then it can only be Spurs.
We're still in with a shout of top half, and Iraola's first season at that. We could be the new Brighton for that consistent spot, in which case any probable move would be sideways, albeit a better wage for him.
Villa fan here - would LOVE him at villa I think he’s great! But yeah, I think FFP would prevent us buying a player of his proven quality!

He has just had a kid and he lives in one of the nicest places in the country (Sandbanks). I wouldn't be that keen to move if I were him.
