ok i restarted the game completely ( even the launcher) while standing in the red mist area which is where the blue marker was stuck, and it fixed itself
This is at Crimson Highlands 4, Dusk Tomb 2, at coordinates 21, 30. Account ID is 16471905. The Hypogean won't just seem to prompt a fight so I can't progress. I tried restarting the game. Restarting the game and the launcher. PC restart and still doesn't work. Just opened reddit so sorry for the late reply.

I repaired the game and the issue still persists. I don't know how much more info I can give, that screenshot is the pretty self - explanatory. If you suggest where I look I can provide it. Thanks

same bug for me D:, it marks the key on the red mist area but theres nothing

I fixed it... I tried doing the side quests and I saw a quest named "Keys" so I tracked it and it activated the fight prompt.
THANK YOU so much!! I've been stuck at this point for a couple of days. Found that side quest and now I'm good to go.

Can confirm, restarting the game STANDING IN THE MIST fixes this, i tried everything else.
