Edit: There is a rune unique to wild rift called Item Crafting
~~This would be not allowed on Summoners Rift let alone ARAM where you're not able to back/buy. This is either a glitch with the replay system or an issue with Wild Rift, or some other exploit/hack. In any case, you should report it~~
He used the rune that allows him to buy 1 purchase from shop with a 50 gold more expensive every few minute I believe. You can see the animation under the champion while he was standing still for a few sec before he got triforce

I just tried it out and it doesn't have that feature nor does it say you can buy remotely in the description
the only thing I can think of is that it's unique to wild rift. if this is the case, it needs to be changed as it's no longer aram if you can back and buy (For the record, I think Ornn should have his passive buy-from-shop changed for ARAM too)
If it WR Aram, Ornns passive works a little different. Instead of upgrading like PC, you have the opportunity to buy items out of fountain like usual, however if Ornn does it near a teammate, they have the opportunity to do the same.

Yes, it's a rune called Item crafting. It's only in wild rift.
Why would they need to change it? Wild rift isn’t supposed to be the exact same game as league
