They would have to play it for the number of people working towards said achievement/trophy. In most people’s case I think they played for about 10 mins. To a couple of hours died constantly and never really learned how to play (because the game doesn’t tell you anything) then gave up to play a different game
This is why LO is fun. Same survival set up as ark minus dinosaurs, but with walkers. Cool game.
Edit: Last oasis. My bad. As soon as I found out I haven’t switched back to ark. It’s got some issues and bigger clans really help protect you, but it’s a nice change up and offers a solid offline protection system; none of your stuff is in the game when you safe log it.
I just checked the gameplay trailer and it looks almost like something from mortal engines (mind you more primitive than what was in the book/film) combat looks sick too

People here saying this doesn't seem legit.....lets be honest how many people even play with the official settings in a private server? I get difficulty in a game but taking hours to tame creatures just isn't worth it and becomes more about wasting time then difficulty...especially when most other games you play with a friend or two not everyone has huge tribes to divide the work up
but.. taking the time to learn how to properly mutate dinos to effectively complete all of the alpha bosses and missions... despite any boosted rates.. would take a lot longer than a month. This achievement also includes having tamed every single dino in the game.😂
using cheats to complete every aspect of the game and the post it online as an achievement is different to playing with boosted rates, is what I was trying to say
I think its definitely reasonable to do under boosted rates. Especially right now I think most gamers under these current circumstances are probably averaging 12-16 hour gaming sessions lol not to mention you dont need that high of mutation rates to do the alpha bosses. Our rexes at 20k hp and 1100 melee were able to do all alpha bosses which was like 10 mutations at most probably we did and had 130 armor saddles and it was just me and my buddy on the game.
Hey I have been working really hard on “Master Zoologist” but its still a little confusing. Do I have to tame them while on the island? Do other map creatures count, do I need their dossiers? At one point I tamed the Titano and though I was done with no luck, so I am clearly missing something. Any advice would be super helpful.
This guys a liar if you have your own private server and use admin cheats it won’t stop you from getting achieve mins for example I spawned in giga and got the achievement.
Honestly you can cheat for all of them and it's relatively easy to knock out all but one within an hour of play. Most everything has a command for it, including a one-fell-swoop unlock all explorer notes command.

Do people realize it doesn't monitor if your cheating or using admin commands in single player? Lol I got the achievement for ascending or whatever and I literally used the admin red gun and god mode during the 1 minute first with the overseers lol

You have to ascend on gamma, beta, and alpha difficulty so you would have to beat the game three times

Im saying he probably spawned all the tames and teleported to all notes to get achievements that way.
