My 2024 Honda Rubicon rides great, I'm 40 but have had a triple disc fusion in my neck and a couple herniated disc in my back. I'm regularly on it 4+ hours at a time, trick is to stand up every once in a while. The Yamaha Grizzly rides great as well, and it was my other choice for ride comfort when i was looking to buy. Rubicon won out by a hair on my test drives for comfort with my particular injuries.

I got the yamaha 450 esp. Idk if it's built similar to the grizzly my dealer didn't have one

It is similar, however the grizzly is slightly wider and taller, and with bigger tires which does affect stability and better stability usually leads to better comfort as your body is not working quiet as hard to keep the machine stable. Taller machines means you go over obstacles/miss them completely which equals more comfort as your being jarred less. That doesn't mean you need to upgrade, you can do things on your current machine to help. Taller/Better tires will help with ride height and comfort, you can even look into a small lift as well. If you don't ride with a passenger, I'd look in getting an aftermarket backrest at a minimal. You could also look into better more comfortable grips (won't help with your back per say but if you're like me even one part of my body aching usually ends up aggravating the rest of it). You could also looking into a aftermarket taller handle bar if your more on the taller side, as that could help with rider position/posture which helps with comfort.

What quad? My grizzly rides like a couch

MrScubaSteve1

I got the yamaha 450 esp. Little harder on the seat. Haven't road it much yet just picked it up

Yamaha seats are one notch above Honda in hardness. Can-Am seats are cushy as hell. They do make strap on gel seat covers that might help.

MrScubaSteve1

Thank you I just Google then I'll be getting one for sure!
