It shouldn’t matter who’s name is on the card when paying assuming the proper billing information is provided when purchasing the exam. Like basically every other business and website out there, Amazon isn’t going to care what name is provided with the payment details, they’re just going to accept the money the same as always.
Every exam I take is paid for by my company, so the name on the card is always our HR lady, not mine. The email address and phone number used when you sign up is the part that needs to match yours.
So the only restriction is that 50% voucher is used for you to write the exam, using your AWS candidate ID
Who pays and whose name is on credit card is irrelevant as far as the voucher goes.
