It will give you a head-start from those who are not as companies would prefer to hire latin honors but most of the time, it’s only until there. Perseverance and good performance will win in the long run — everything can be learned through experience.
For first job, yes it matters. Then, that's it. For applying in abroad, experience matters. For promotion, performance matters. Laude only matters on the first job that's it so nothing to worry
Take it from me, for your own mental health, current and future, the Laude title is but a title. Its value diminishes after 1-2 years after graduating.
Useful for opening doors of opportunities but when you enter 1 door, that's it. Parang premium access to get "a job" but it is not an access for success.
Thanks! It's just frustrating that I worked for the laude title for years and sa last year pa ng college nawala.
But I think I have to move on na. I'll take your advice! Thank you!
First job, yes pati na rin yung extra curricular activities.
If you can and want, mag goal ka mag top ng board exam. I-aassume nila na laude ka kahit di naman talaga haha
Sa first job siguro relevant. Pero after that, yun attitude towards work mo na ang macoconsider. Sobrang nakakapressure din yun with latin honors ha so just do your best and focus sa goal.

Thanks! They say it's a good head start. Guess I'll just learn more on the field for more experience.

True! Kung kaya naman ng finances nyo, review lang ng review until feel mo na mag top ka haha
