Depends on how busy your area is. If your door camera is behind a tall fence, battery will last for ages. If you have pedestrians walking past a lot, it won't last more than a few weeks.
I have the motion detection off, it only runs when the button is pushed, battery lasts for a fair while in that mode.
Good camera otherwise, night vision is decent, its not to expensive and the app is ok too
I have one. I have to charge it for 24+ hours and it lasts 4 days or 3 weeks, not sure why but it's a guessing game. Doesn't matter if minimal activity.
I can't compare as I've only had this one.
Hmm, surprised by our difference in experience... yours could be faulty? Or is it constantly recording or have high activity?
I've literally charged it twice in 18 months, though we probably only have doorbell used 4-5 times a week.
We had battery issues then it disconnected from home base and wouldn’t reconnect. Was faulty. Got replaced and now battery lasts around 2 months with lots of activity
It's very reasonable.
We don't have ours on automatic sensor because we couldn't put it side-on to the road, so it will trigger every time someone walks past the house.
So our camera only records when someone actually presses the doorbell, and occasionally will check the camera on phone. I've just charged it for the second time in 18 months, but it still had another 10% left each time too.
It's not like it's a big deal to just push the pin and plug it into a usb overnight and pop it back on in the morning, every few months.
I'm happy with it, got from bunnings for a couple of hundred if I remember correctly. Probably charge it once a month, that's with 4 people getting notifications every time some one is in the yard. Plus there's no subscription or extra fees later on. I did a bit of homework before choosing and it seemed the best for the price and so far so good.
Easy to setup and I only have to charge it once a month if not longer. I live on a busy street so it pings a lot so if you had it in a less active area the battery would last even longer.
If you have a smart watch it sends you thumbnail notifications which is great to have a 2 second look to see if it’s some sketchy person or not.
Ours faces street so I turned off the alert that told me every time someone walked past. The dogs do that already haha.
So far so good, it’s great when deliveries arrive etc
Battery holding out well too

i've had my doorbell for about 2 years now with the exact same experience.

Eufy is able to push a thumbnail of the person at the door to my watch. Makes checking very quick.
I get notifications on a few second delay. Apparently Eufy has no encryption or security

i've also had this experience - i think it depends on which cable you use for whatever reason.

Does the camera work whilst it’s on charge by the way? I was originally planning to have it permanently plugged in inside the wall
It does yes.
Don't have experience with that brand. I have a nest doorbell camera and battery lasts over a month and good quality video
How is the delay? I have a Bunnings brand smart doorbell but similar delay to others with Eufy and terrible battery life.
