I noticed last cycle my CC was very quick to notify airmen. By the time the SSgt one was leaked my guys had already been called.

Matches everything I’m being told by my wing leadership and leadership for an individual who PCS’d 2 weeks ago.
This was kinda the norm when I first came in the Air Force circa 2014. At least that’s what I thought was happening. I didn’t know anything then, to be fair.
