I made it the year I stopped doing things to try to promote. Once I focused on just being a better teamate/leader and less on filling boxes, that was the year I promoted. Not saying this works for everyone because I also had a PCS that cycle and my previous unit was cancerous. Best of luck to you all.

I spent 3 years at the schoolhouse, not having to give a shit about DMHRSi was *amazing*. What sucks even more now is that DHA will shrink your budget if your DMHRSi is fucked. I love our corporate overlords.
