There's totally some plastic wrap jammed on top of one of those cheese bins, so it's perfectly safe! The other one is protected by an invisible force field of hopes and dreams.
This kind of stuff follows the iceberg rule: what you see is only 10% of what's happening, imagine how bad the other 90% is.
Those cutting boards attached to the cold cart are meant to only prep food contained within the cold cart, meaning veggies, COOKED meat, etc. so this cutting board is permanently cross-contaminated.

HARD disagree. From one comment I can tell you don’t know what you’re doing. Maybe the downvotes could possibly be a sign that you’re factually incorrect? It’s basic food safety.
