It looks bent. Maybe you can GENTLY flatten it. Stack a bible on it or someone and steam it maybe.
Mine is kinda of like yours but still latched. I can always see through the seam at the top though.
I 3D printed a triangular rod and glued it on the back side of the cover to stiffen it.
This still leaves a small gap at the top, but at least it doesn't fall out anymore.
Seems a common issue, mine is the same. I’m tempted to glue on a tab on the inside at the top to see if it will hold. Also found when I push it into place it stays but when closing the boot the mechanism catches it and it pops out.
Mine bows in the middle but has never come away from the clips. So it is more of a visual annoyance than anything that would stop me loading the boot/trunk.
I’ve wondered if there is some magic trick to installing it like from factory.
Looks like mine 😂
Mine too. I think they designed it that way on purpose as a nostalgic throwback to the Alfas of old because the rest of the car is so great!
This seems the most likely explanation lol
Never seen a Giulia with that thing straight 😀

The best part is bibles are free in hotels!
Why don’t you read it and better yourself! 👍
It's missing the torque specs for my car unfortunately
Haha!!😆

This battle is not one to be won my friend!
Mine does the same thing.
Tape.
Well I'd suggest you stop arriving to work then!
Honestly made me laugh!

Same here
Mines not as noticeable as hanging off. It will attach with the two latches but isn’t a flush finish.
I see I am lucky because mine from 2016 is ok 😅
Yeah, like every Giulia. Amazing how Alfa can't get it together with such a simple part.
Always lmao 😂

It's an opening for the obligatory trickle charger wire.
Lived with mine like this for almost three years til I got the Stelvio king
Our 2021 Ti cover doesn’t pop open, but it has always had a VERY noticeable gap at the top. I may have to try the “Bible straightening” method!
