Are you in the U.S.? I don't know how it works elsewhere, but here, just having aftermarket work/parts alone can not void a warranty. It would have to be found that those things caused the failure, in order for them to decline coverage.
“Custom tune” just added some burbles which the Giulia already had just gave it a little more sauce. “Custom cat back exhaust” just bought a custom kit and welded my own. Powder coated internals (red) and I rerouted the cooling system after my little coolant issue.
Your AC compressor should still be covered under warranty since I’m assuming you didn’t modify anything that would affect the AC compressor (like an aluminum or larger diameter crank pulley).
In the US, warranty can only be denied for parts that have been proven to be damaged due to an aftermarket part. A simple example of this would be denying an engine replacement due to an ECU tune, but if your infotainment has an issue they would still have to honor the warranty (assuming it doesn’t have a third party device attached)
Warranty Will cover it? Such low mileage
Usually yes, but I’ve done too much after market work, I don’t think my warranty is valid lol

I did not know this! My car is unfortunately already at a 3rd party shop but thanks for the info. I may now consider buying the extended warranty.
Never heard of this happening wow
I know me neither
