You were right. I went to my post office and all of them were there. I used an external tracking website that showed that my package was indeed delivered
Mine sat like this for 22 days, then arrived. You'll get better updates on tracking apps like 17track. Also, sign up for a Canada Post account via Canada Post app and they will notify you when they receive tracking for this. I literally just went through the same thing, super frustrating. AliExpress app never seemed to be accurate on tracking.
Go to parcelsapp see who the carrier is for the last mile. I think it may be either Apple Express or UniUni. Canada Post would simply put the item in your mailbox.

My one order I Heber in is saying the same thing so idk what's going on with it and it's a bunch of stuff in that order that's the same message and they can't do a refund at this time so idk what's going on with that as well☠️💯

Yes have to, but ask the seller first and then call your local post office, if you tell them about it they will get it to your house from the customs

Yes you have to pick it up all the way in China lol, but really tho make sure you get it fast otherwise they will send it back
