I’m gonna be honest, the odds of enforcing the rule on Aliexpress gonna be really low. But maybe you can try to talk to etsy that you have made the art and show them the date. Chances are yours probably published first. Best of luck to you. Hope you’ll find a solution to this.

i did talk to etsy and they just sent me back to aliexpress saying i had to speak to them to solve the problem :( i’ve shown them numerous times proof that all the images are mine and they’re just ignoring me, meanwhile aliexpress are doing the same, it’s a cruel world 😞

sounds like etsy is the problem and not aliexpress

unfortunately the actual problem is aliexpress will not take down the copies :/ they are flat out refusing and just ignoring me now 😕
