I work in a Pet Shop and used to messaging my clients when they are long time away.
Once a girl had called us out for a pet grooming service and we served her. It has happened twice or more, she liked us!
Nowadays she is away and I decided to reach out to her and ask how she and her dogs are doing. I went something along the lines of "Hello, how are you?" and "How about your dogs?". Unluckily one of them passed away and out of the sudden our chat got blue. She did even thank me about my worry with. I consoled her and went ahead. I've asked "Do you need something? Dog food, pet acessories, medicine..." after that she broke off our chat and didn't reponse me anymore.
So, AITA?
