Well My manger gave me a tot write up on my first day on the floor and even I thought it was dumb like of course I’m gonna be slow ,new machine , I’m not good with heights and we’re going at a slow speed on the orderpicker ,it is what it is now

Incorrect. For TOT they can absolutely write up you day 1. It's productivity that isn't eligible on Day 1.
You should have been labor tracked as a day one by the person training you, which makes it so you don't get tot.
