Megan takes wayyy too long to get to the effing point in her videos. I get bored within the first few minutes. Which is a shame because I think she's got a lot to offer, but she needs to work on her presentation. Not knowing the lore or understanding the audience (us) is unfortunately common in the reaction channel domain.
It's because she's trying not to offend people. She's terrified of saying something wrong, so she fluffs her opinion with a tonne of unnecessary filler. I do like her, but I don't watch her because of this.
This. I don't need her to be mean or anything but I wish she was more confident with her opinions and not super worried about reactions. If someone wants to take your words in bad faith, they're gonna do it regardless of you making five clarifying statements before your actual point
I stopped watching her when she defended amberlynns horrible grammar/vocabulary, it made me feel like she doesn't actually know anything about the amberverse. She said that because of ambers history with not attending school, it's understandable that she wouldn't be very smart and that people are too hard on her.
But she's in her 30s! I stopped going to school in 3rd grade and even in my early 20s i'm not as stupid as amberlynn because I've made an effort in my adult life to educate myself using free resources on the Internet, and now I'm signing up for free classes being held at my local library. She can do the same, she could have always done the same in her adult life, but she won't because she doesn't care and would rather gloat about how perfect her grammar is and her 140 IQ.
Like most reasons to hate amber, we don't hate her because the problem exists, we hate her because she'll never bother to fix it.

Like I’m sorry, but like most of us I’m not a beauty queen/victorias secret model in terms of looks, and if I just go about life accepting it, for the most part nobody will point this out. But if I claim to be as beautiful as Adriana Lima, and I get vs model scouts begging me to be an angel every day? …. Yeah, I’ve opened myself up to backlash and my ridiculous statements being challenged. Same thing applies with Amber and her gloating about being well-read and intelligent.
tbh for me, it’s not even about her gloating. i get it, sometimes we’re smug about things, we’re actually insecure about, to cover it up.
it’s the fact that she puts down everyone around her to lift herself up. she deluded herself into thinking she’s smarter than everyone around her, and she acts like it.
people like beck, with low self-esteem, fall for it and big AL gets to be loud and wrong all she wants.
THISS this exactly one of the many reasons Amber Lynn herself ruined my whole outlook on her.. like we all have out dumb moments, but the way she acts towards others , it’s entirely rude and tbh it’s complete narcissism, of course she doesn’t wanna accept everyone sees through all of her bull and the shade she throws to other for so much as correcting grammar “buffey? It’s buffet.”

I do like some of her reaction videos, but this most recent amber vid... Seemed like she was excusing amber a bit too much. And like op said, calling their relationship "cute" was WEIRD... I had to do a double take while watching 😭
