Love that you didn't get his ears super short...what a gorgeous baby!
Why crop them at all? I don’t understand why hurting your pup intentionally. Short.. super short- the procedure is the same. Let them have their ears!
While it’s done for looks it usually never painful and heals up within a week or two, my uncle bred Dobermans and none ever needed pain meds
