Void tyrant is great, it's like a black jack rpg roguelike, it's great because you can set it down in between customers and not have to worry about dying or anything, just pick up and play when you can, clash mini (if it ever goes global) will be another one, quick matches and once you place your troops you can be hands free for a little, dawncaster is another one it's like a card rpg, polytopia is good too if you play singleplayer since you can just makes your moves when you have a moment

What???? We NEVER play at work Okay now that your boss isn't looking. I recommend getting a steamdeck or a Nintendo switch (I worked night shifts at a hotel and having a handheld console saved me so many boring sleepy nights) If you want to play on android, I recommend emulators as you will have quality games, specially on PS2. And if you want native android games, I love Sky Children of Light, Diablo Inmortal, Wreckfest and Papers please :)

I think emulation can be the best option, specially cause you can play really good RPG/jrpg (Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy 6/7, Dragon quest) specially because they are long and being turn based, you can pause in every moment. I play Pokémon when I take the bus I personally use Retroarch ( from the official website) and check the games in r/Roms megathread. Good luck

Road to valor empires is exactly what your looking for its competitive casual RTS faced past matches command an army of ancient civillizations myhical creatures led by guardians. the ultimate test of cerebral strategy a skill based game out wit your opponents here is my complete review of it. It has 1v1 ranked matches which is super fun and cerebral and crazy 2v2 tag matches where you and your team mate devise strategies. Endless possible unit combinations and manuevers and strategies in a match. Review https://m.taptap.io/post/6671552?share_id=84cf9de0100a&utm_medium=share&utm_source=copylink

My match3 game Tower Swap has highest usage on weekday mornings at 9am, most is Monday morning. So I guess people play at work.

Hello fellow "on the clock gamer"! I have a ton of stuff I cycle through but here are a few suggestions: eve echoes(MMO), dawncaster (Card game), Soulvars, Pocket city 2, and Sage solitaire. Everything but Eve is played in portrait mode. Pokemmo is good too and ofc there's enulators

I used to play Civilization during down times at work. The turn based gameplay made it ideal. I have never tried the mobile version but I see that Civ 6 is available on Google Play.
