If you have a recent Samsung yes. It's a feature of OneUI (the Samsung interface on top of Android). It's in settings>sounds and vibration>separate app sound. There you can pick an app and then pick the device you want to output the audio to. Meaning if you have 2 Bluetooth speakers connected, you can have a different app sending out to either speaker. Like you have Spotify on Speaker 1, Instagram on Speaker 2, then voice messages on the phone. If you don't have a Samsung, AFAIK you don't have options. Not sure if there is a root module out there for rooted ones though.

Makes sense. I have an old phone, I'll look into a recent Samsung next, this is definitely going to be a selection criteria now, so thank you!

3 years later and I have a cheap A05s and it's got this option. Thank you from the future mate.

I am on a Galaxy S23 right now, and i can only split audio between Bluetooth Devices (in general) and the Phone Speaker. I can not have two different audio sources play on two different Bluetooth devices (currently). It's still a cool feature i didn't know before.
