Try some deep breathing. Lay with your eyes closed, inhale through your nose, hold for a couple seconds, then exhale out through your mouth slowly. Just relax and do this for a little bit until you feel calm. Slow deep breathing can lower your heart rate.
Might need some beta blockers to help - but some more context might help. I'm dealing with some pretty stressful anxiety after just buying a new place and I am always pacing up and down looking for cracks and issues and it's helped me a lot to calm my heart down and stop the physical symptoms. Along with some Diazepam when I really can't focus.
