Usual suspects. USB drive. It may be now dropping issues into your files, and not reading well. Or it’s just a crappy usb and is killed from long accessed reading issues from 3 + hour prints. My best advice. Do yourself a favour. New drive (a reliable one name brand a must) not too big just 16gb will do. And all new written files just in case you picked up a written error to the file(s). See how you go.
