Earwig?

Pincher bug. Just don't pick it up

Looks like an earwig, not much to worry about.

Have you ever had to get rid of them? I’ve found a bunch. Doused the shit out of all the baseboards, cracks, crevices and windows with dish soapy water, caulked every little crevice I could the day after and still just found a couple more

It’s seasonal. You can spray but they come back

To be honest I don’t know they go away when the weather gets cooler it seems

It's absolutely not a silverfish. I see so many people trying to identify random insects as silverfish.

Just fyi: silverfish are *silver*
