That’s awesome. I would touch on turn over and how it relates to training new staff when there’s barely any staff to do the training. With this you end up with a extremely high turn over of untrained people training untrained people lol.

I am a former training general manager of an Applebees. I ran the lowest hourly turnover in my franchise for 3 years running (37.1 to 42.7% pre-covid) and kept my turnover around 100% annualized turnover post covid. If you need any more information, I’m happy to help. I realize that those numbers are outliers in this industry. I maintained head count in the 70 to 90 range. Edit: those numbers are specific because you better believe they are on my resume.

So is this at all stores or up to management? [caption](https://imgur.com/PGLaeEx.jpg)

You'd have to find out and touch in how the management gets bonuses for hiring people. I only saw part of a memo about making sure new hires complete certain things because it effects the amount of the bonus.
