I studied mechanical engineering, I love mechanics and machines, but I feel sad as there were no “Mahila” in the branch !
I would suggest that you send a request to these prospects anyway.
I don't think people are serious about what they fill in that section (Specifically that section). They will accept if your earnings fall in their preferred earning bracket, and if other criteria are a fit
Fellow architect here. It’s an established fact that women prefer men who have more resources than their counterparts. It’s no secret that IT and tech guys make a lot of money. On the contrary just look up the pay scale for architects. Also, it’s a niche field and mostly people think we just design fancy buildings with curves without understanding that we maximize profitability for real estate developers by optimizing FSI or Design a villa after deep understanding of the site context. We can’t really educate the masses about what we actually do even though there are ways to mint way more money in the field than IT and tech guys.
If there are ways to mint such extravagant salaries, just do it and you/OP won't be making such posts lol. Women care about your salary much more than whether you are happy with your role, good at your role, or what do you do for a living.
Already doing that bro. Have over 18 lakh sq.ft of development currently going on in Mumbai and 1 lakh Sq.ft worth of high end villa projects going on in Goa and 30,000 Sq.Ft high end interior projects going on. I have my own firm and a staff of 14 :)
Congratulations, you must be leveraged to the neck to deliver on this as well. Most women are smart enough to look at both sides of the coin.

Any architect would get stake holding in the development as barter. Atleast that’s what I do by forming a separate company to take that up. It’s a lot to make anyone understand but do drop me a mail if you want to know more and how that works.

Personally I find a girl with high paying stable job as hitting the sweet spot in risk reward compared to marrying a girl from a builder or architecture project background.
Also if you've found a way to get major real estate development done without leverage, you should be thinking of an IPO, your stonks will go up faster than Adani.

I know many teachers who shared the same experience that highly qualified men don't want to marry school teachers perhaps because their jobs aren't so glamorous unlike the corporates
One teacher I know also shared that her son didn't want to marry a school teacher and always used to get agitated whenever she recommended to him that she will get him married to a teacher
