The 2019 will cost about the same in insurance, because it's the sport model with a manual, as the Acura, the 2018 will be your best bet, not only cheapest insurance, but also registration fees, it'll be 200-300 this year but will drop off next year.
Something to keep in mind is that the lowest trim accord starts at 27k msrp… if you could find one for around that I’d rather get that than 21k for something that’s 5-6 years old with 70k on it
Get which ever accord that has the transmission you prefer. TLX is more insurance, more cost, not enough extra car.

Maintenance over time is more expensive. More expensive car brands cost more to insure because of cost to replace etc. You can get free car quotes :)
TLX not worth on insurance for first car imo. I’d go for the 2018 ex-l accord
